Liked it, will have to check out previous books in series
Just keeps getting better and better. Book 4 has some great action, new characters, and such heart wrenching that you don't want it to end.
Wow, what a great addition to the Mad Dogs series. Of course, I now have to read the Shadows books too. Bad, cruel author for leaving us hanging until book 5.
I will admit I am completely hooked on this series. I downloaded and read all four in two days. In fact, I can not wait for the next and I hope there are many more. I am a sucker for mm romance and want all the couples in this series to get their happily ever afters. That being said, the flow of the story and drama was constantly getting interrupted by the plethora of misspelled or misused words and apostrophes. But like I said, I look forward to many more Mad Dog books.
Despite the authors shaky writing and questions unanswered, plots unexplored and relationships rockily developed I must say I like this series and it has got me quite addicted to more. It's not perfect, don't expect something mindblowing in plot or depth, but yet, expect something sexy and interesting despite it all. It's a slow sizzeling burn that does an okay job of keeping me interested ignoring the occassinal drawn out scenes of just preparing for action(!). You're always left feeling slightly cliffhanged, you know things aren't quite finished - and it'll probably make you buy the next book, just like me. Damn.
My god this book was so good. The team is finding out all kinds of information they did not know. B is a wolf and vampire mix now. They are dealing with all kinds of issues now. They also might have met some new friends also. Only time will tell. I can not wait for the next book. Erin
Met Brenda at MegaCon 2015 and bought two of her other books but took a look at the Mad Dog series she was also selling (book 4 was sold out so did not buy the others). We discussed the "Mad Dogs" series which sounded rather familiar and once home realized I had the series in my "to be read" folder on my kindle. Started reading and finished all four books in about two days and loved them all however book four is by far my favorite. Not going to spoil it but absolutely LOVE what happens to B towards the end of the book (good thing M did some changing earlier in the series). Can't wait to see what book 5 brings.........PLEASE let there be a book 5 (and 6, 7, 8, 9, etc).
